This product consists of dryer cabin, elevator, online moisture meter and computer controlling system. It adopts optimized structure, reasonable material, advanced workmanship, modularized production to ensure the product quality. The dryer is enviroment friendly and low cost. The key indicators such as unevenness, cracking rate and broken rate of dryed grain are in the leading level of China.

The automatic control method for the drying speed of the anti-explosion system can adopt both constant speed and adjustable speed drying modes, ensuring the fastest drying without explosion.
To prevent the deterioration of grain quality due to high temperatures, the temperature control method limits the maximum temperature of the grain. An alarm will automatically trigger when the grain temperature exceeds a set limit, stopping the dryer and switching to ventilation circulation. When the grain temperature drops below the minimum preset value, the combustion system will automatically ignite. The computer continuously monitors the grain temperature in real-time.
The fully automatic moisture detection and shutdown device is equipped with a high-precision moisture measurement system controlled by the computer, which automatically detects moisture at set intervals. Once the moisture content of rice or wheat reaches the required level, the system will automatically extinguish and stop, preventing excessive drying and eliminating all manual operations.
The system records all key actions, automatically updating every 10 minutes to control the temperature actuators, saving space, facilitating operation, and keeping costs low.
The inlet and outlet use a low-fracture ring chain scraper, ensuring no residue and minimal breakage.
The body panels are made from 3mm thick alloy steel, with the surface coated using an automatic painting line, including multiple stages of degreasing, coating treatment, and electrostatic powder coating, ensuring good corrosion resistance and durability.
The internal hot and cold air channels of the drying section are spacious, making maintenance easy and allowing for quick servicing.
